Build an Orphanage for 30 orphans!
Project Cost: $30,000
We're currently working with a local pastor who is caring for 30 orphans, all of which were abandoned and/or have lost parents in the earthquake. These children are currently living in tents and our goal is to build an orphanage Ðincluding a school Ð as a permanent solution to their temporary housing. We also want to sponsor each child through our child sponsorship program.
Build Single Family Homes
Project Cost: $5000-7000
Goal: 5-7 New Homes
Over 1.5 million people have been displaced since the earthquake and many are currently living in tent cities, we're going to help provide a refuge from the chaos of these tents and provide a stable home for their families! Also, you will get to know the family that you helped move from a tent to a home. We will tell their story through photography, video and more!
Repair Water Wells:
Project Cost: $2,500 per well
Goal: 10 wells repaired
Thousands of wells across Haiti have been critically damaged due to the earthquake. Without clean water, it's next to impossible for these communities to get back on their feet.
